Star Wars Has Already Started Shooting!

Disney Chairman Alan Horn mentioned that "Star Wars Episode VII" has already started shooting and has most of its cast. “We have a lot of them, it’s not completely done yet,” Horn responded when asked about casting, noting it as the most difficult part of putting the highly anticipated film together.

Variety learned in February that “Girls” actor Adam Driver is in talks to play the villain. Actors being considered for the lead role include Ed Speleers,John BoyegaJesse PlemonsMatthew JamesThomas and Ray Fisher.

We're actually shooting some of it now,” Horn said, despite previous comments that filming would start next month. The chairman could have been referring to getting B-roll and location shots without having the cast on set with second unit teams. With full production starting on May 14, 2014.

Horn also gave a specific timeline for the seventh film, placing it 35 years after the events of Return of the Jedi. Previous reports had it at close to thirty years. That puts it almost 40 years after the originalStar Wars. The last time we this was done in the Star Wars Universe on a new trilogy it was in 1997 with shooting on The Phantom Menace, a film set 32 years before A New Hope.

At LMU Film School with The Hollywood Reporter¹s Stephen Galloway.

Star Wars: Episode VII” is produced by Abrams, his Bad Robot partner Bryan Burk and Lucasfilmhead Kathleen Kennedy. It’s set to hit theaters Dec. 18, 2015.

Frozone in The Incredibles 2?

People have wanted The Incredibles 2 film for years now. The animated family film, directed by Brad Bird was given the sequel it deserved two weeks ago when it was announced to the public.

In addition to the family of supers and the evil, revenge hungry villain Frozone was the comic relief character, which was voiced by the great Samuel L. Jackson. Everything is pointing for his character to return in the second film.

While Jackson was promoting the new Captain America: The Winter Soldier, he mentioned the animated sequel.
"Every time I run into Brad he always tells me Frozone is going to be part of whatever's going on, so I have to believe that," Jackson said in an interview with Digital Spy. "I guess they would be the Incredibles without Frozone, but I think Frozone would be a wonderful, wonderful addition to what's already there. I'm just looking forward to seeing what Jack-Jack turned into."

There are many cool things that can happen with this film, it will be a wonderful sight to see what they do with all the characters and the world that they live in. But for now, all we can do it wait.

James picks him up at the three point line in hope to stop him from driving to the hoop, but he was not able to do so.
